It was a really nice room. Good AC, good view, free snacks, working microwave and fridge. There was a gym and pool and sauna
The hot plate didn’t work. There was no knives in the cutlery drawer

Perfect location, with direct access to Ciputra World Mall, one of the best of the city. In the mall you can find Services, restaurants, gym, supermarket in the same building.
Possible to cook with a small electric cooker, there is a small fridge and a small sinks.
Staff very kind and always available for you.
The studio was pretty small so if you travel with a big luggage, you don't have any space to store it.

Clean and nice room arrangement
It would be nice if the electricity did not turned off when you turn on AC, heater, and kettle.
The bathroom door need to be adjusted properly because it seemed the door hard to move and sometimes the lock stuck.
