LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai

It’s a fun hotel for kids, I understand why people would stay a few nights dedicating a day for each park(legoland waterpark, legoland theme park, real madrid, motion gate). Characters showing up in the hotel every few hours, some activities for kids, arts & crafts etc

Needs a major revamp. The room is so worn out, especially the bathroom. For AED 1,300 a night you would expect better standards. The price should be atleast half. I messaged the hotel telling them it’s my daughter’s 5th birthday if they can do a little surprise in the room or anything to make her feel special, they sent me different packages and the prices!! What a disappointment and they are supposed to be a kids hotel. They said we don’t offer anything complimentary. They couldve simply got a balloon, any dessert even from breakfast. Its just the gesture. All hotels do this. This turned me off before even checking in. The pool is too small and it’s honestly not nice, they should build a nice big pool or diff pools since its a family kid friendly hotel.

Every thing was nice it was a day full of activities and fun

The food was good but not that special

My son was unwell. We had breakfast with our booking. Emma from the restaurant arranged breakfast so my son could eat in the room. Thank you for that. Staff was nice and friendly. Good value for money. It was my youngest son's birthday. He loves Lego Ninjago. He was given a Ninjago room. He really enjoyed his stay.

Housekeeping ordertaker was not very polite, although the housekeeping staff were nice and polite.

The hotel is clean and nicely designed for young children.

The AC was not cold enough, the activities were limited, and some prices were quite high. The outdoor pool was crowded with both adults and children, and I would prefer a separate pool or area for young children. Breakfast starting at 8 AM was also quite late.
