Residence VILLA ADRIANA

Spotlessly clean. Mariella was incredibly helpful and kind. She organised a taxi for us without hesitation and it arrived on time. The rooms were light and airy. Beds were comfortable. A stones throw from the restaurants in Cisano for meals or a lovely, easy 20 minute walk into Bardolino. Accessibility to other parts of the lake was also easy with a choice of the bus stop and Ferry or Ferry stop being very close by.

The location is excellent; walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. Short drive to Bardolino and Lazise which are both very nice towns. We had a first floor 2 bed apartment; it had a great view over the lake. The apartment and complex were very clean and maintained. I asked for extra pillows and these were provided though my husband advised this request seemed to cause some surprise! (One pillow each provided 🤷🏻‍♀️)

A few negatives. The living area is very sparse; no sofa, only couple of chairs aside the dining chairs. The electrical sockets across the apartment are sparse and poorly positioned; one in the kitchen area meaning kettle and toaster couldn't be used together. Disappointing there is absolutely nothing in terms of hospitality, not even a bottle of water. No shower gel provided. Parking / Access We were told to park at the back of the property; the host seemed quite irritated when we parked in the one at the front on arrival (not sure how we were expected to know!); not sure why couldn't park there, not explained. The access to the back car park is awful, really tight turns and getting out into the main road was hair raising. The pool is ice cold, this was just about ok as it was warm.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, obiekt znajduje się bardzo blisko jeziora. Właścicielka obiektu jest przemiła, bardzo o niego dba, codziennie przyjeżdża i jest dostępna dla gości.

Located in Cisano on the outskirts of Bardolino, the property is about a 25 minute walk into Bardolino centre. Our apartment was clean and modern, and great size for a family of four. It had ample parking (if hiring car) and was within walking distance to a number of restaurants in the harbour for food in the evening. Pool was a good size and cannot fault the accommodation. The host was also very friendly, and kept in contact throughout.
