Beautiful pool, great breakfast options, kind staff and lovely walk into Bardolino along the lake side.
Room was small and only a small cupboard with a few hangers for storage space. Struggled to fit in with 2 big suitcases

The reception, bar and swimming pool area were very nicely decorated. The staff especially Enuid was very kind.
The rooms in comparison to the main areas were disappointing and we booked a superior room but were given a room with a street view and no terrace. The shower has a broken hairdryer replaced with a plug in one though. They did not like giving out water when asked and said we could only have one free small bottle per day. They charged us 3 euros for an additional bottle. The sun loungers around the pool were very uncomfortable.

The pool
The beds are terribly uncomfortable and the triple room should not be a triple room. The room is so small.
