PAŁAC FABRYKANTA

Beautiful palace and large room. Very kind and helpful staff, and a play room for kids

The room was a bit chilly, and the windows didn't have a very good seal. The semi-open shower was a bit messy.

Pokoje i architektura

Piękne wnętrza, czysto, klimatycznie, wspaniały, miły i uczynny personel. Lokalizacja blisko dworca, na terenie parking i miejsce do posiedzenia pod drzewkiem.

Dla mnie trochę głośno było od sąsiadującej fabryki

Nice building and warm for 6 out of 8 nights heating stopped working for 2 days. Although the staff did not speak English google translate saved the day Our son in law is polish so he was a great help too. Nothing near by apart from train station and small/large shops A car is a must to explore the area and countryside

No internet connection for the whole time No wardrobe or clothes hangers No to We had to ask for coffee in our room and to get fresh towels and toiletries Staff tried their best, it seemed the person on duty was the cook, the cleaner and receptionist, hence the lack of attention. Breakfast was a usually cold hams cheese cucumber and tomato, yogurt After a few days we got offered scrambled eggs or boiled eggs Bread rolls and sliced bread Coffee machine was unpredictable and kept stopping and so slow Boiler for teas No milk for cereal though only saw cornflakes I feel they need to get more help and training to provide a good quality service and the room needs some updating especially the shower
