Friendly staff and they came to collect us from airport after we called to request the shuttle.
Huge room for the 4 of us and breakfast was good.
We ended up going back to the restaurant the next day as had a wide menu with reasonable prices and we enjoyed local dishes.
Extra pillows in the room would be handy.
Note that Uber will not pick up from the hotel for some reason so don’t waste time trying to book one like we did. But reception kindly booked us a local taxi who was great, they took us to Auschwitz museum and back.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was really good as well. The hotel also offer a free airport shuttle, which was so convenient for my early morning flight. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they prepared a packed breakfast for me. Great service overall.
