Charming and elegant boutique hotel in a fabulous location with some marvelous history and connection to Barcelona's marvelous architecture. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff who gave us great restaurant suggestions and tips for Barcelona. Breakfasts were a delight in the lovely and homely restaurant. The room was well appointed with a large comfortable bed, some great linen and towels, a well functioning bathroom with all practicalities thought through.
This is a somewhat artsy hotel so we had to make some adjustments to get an adequately functional desk/chair set up but the staff came through and it all worked out. The A/C wasn't very cold for the first few hours but again with some adjustments by the staff, it worked brilliantly well for the rest of the stay.

This was such a great experience. The property was gorgeous and it was centrally located.
I wish there was a balcony pool, but overall, the location, staff and amenities exceeded my expectations.

Location is perfect! Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.

We asked for a quiet room, but was given the worst possible room in the whole hotel. . We had to change rooms the following day, making it inconvenient because I had a tour scheduled. They forgot about out room service that we ordered, said it would be free of charge, then charged us. I feel like they gave us a crappy room cause I requested in advance. I have an autoimmune disease and I need sleep or I pay the price. But they made sure to make my life hard in that moment
