I have to say that the best thing about this is the location!! Right at the heart of Tev Aviv. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars and a 10-minute distance from the beach.
They communicated through WhatsApp which was very comfortable. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the sofa bed was already made for the 5th person, that was great!
For the price, it's a great apartment. It's basic but if you need more stuff you have a grocery store. A 1 minute walk from there so you can get different items. Over all... I would recommend and come back!!
Another kitchen towel wouldn't hurt.

My first stay was a slight problem but Homy were very helpful and moved me the second stay was amazing I loved the location and the apartment was brand new and had everything I needed
First property was a little older but Homy moved me to make my stay enjoyable and they were very accommodating
