Pacific Motel 07

Had everything we needed

You can hear a bit of noise around the place

Centrally located, and clean. Good value for the price

Toilet seat was broken, vanity had no practical storage.

clean and very communicative through out the process location is perfect

location, comfortable room

Arrived just after 3pm. NO key in lockbox. 4 phone calls, 4 lockboxs opened, 5 messages later, gained access to room just after 4pm. Was told by security not to lose the key, it's the only one we've got! I'm sure it wasn't, there should have been one in the lockbox!!! After messaging reception ( not on-site ), saying not happy Jan, received a message saying respect neighbours & keep noise to a minimum??? The only other car on site arrived after we finally got access to the room. Prior to that we were the only ones there! Also, there were 3 cooking utensils, but no cooking facilities & annoyingly, no sharp knife. We had to cut our fruit with a butter knife. Definitely won't be back!!!!!!
