Просторные апартаменты, очень удачное расположение - из подъезда выходишь и остановка до всех популярных мест) Есть вся посуда и даже больше) есть стиральная машинка, посудомойка, кофемашина неспрессо, гель для стирки, капсулы - все было предоставлено!) Куча сковородок и кастрюль, микроволновка, тостер, контейнеры для еды, дуршлаг, много разной посуды, какие-то масла, соуса, соль, сахар - все было) Две ванные комнаты и туалеты, просторная гостиная с широким телевизором и всякими приложениями, очень удобный мягкий диван!) Кровать в спальне с отличным матрасом, есть гардеробная которая закрывается на ключ, куча пледов, подушек, утюг и доска для глажки, фен для волос и даже плойка для волос!) Классная дворовая территория, приятно завтракать под деревьями апельсинов) Владелец всегда был на связи, и быстро отвечал на все вопросы)

First of all it is exactly like the photos, no surprise. Apartment’s location is great. Very close to Porta Messina, all transportation and funicular that goes to beaches and all attractions. Although it is close to everything, it was very comfortable and quiet at night. 4 people can easily accomodate. It has all the amenities and kitchen supplies. The garden is useful for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. Owner is helpful and easy to communicate. We loved almost everything about this house, it felt like home.

Floor cleaning was not enough, it should be improved.

we encountered several significant issues during our stay: The smell of cooking oil from the ground-floor restaurant permeates the entire apartment whenever the balcony door is open—a major problem for ventilation and comfort. The initial cleaning fell well short of expectations. We found an open ice cream container in the refrigerator, open sugar packaging, and visibly dirty walls and cabinets. We paid an additional fee for a second cleaning, but it was equally poorly executed. Dust on top of the refrigerator, for example, was never removed. The apartment also had a persistent foul odor from the sewage system, particularly in the bathrooms. Finally, we received incorrect information regarding waste disposal. We followed the building management’s instructions precisely, yet someone called the police over our trash placement during the designated time. Two officers arrived, demanded payment of a fine, and created an extremely embarrassing situation. I declined the fine, and the officers ultimately understood the miscommunication stemmed from faulty building instructions. Summary: While the apartment itself is well-located and spacious, the combination of poor maintenance, inadequate cleaning standards, infrastructure issues, and the distressing garbage incident significantly detracted from our stay.
