Fantastic location! Perfect spot on the island. Very close to Bridge St. where there is shops, dive bars, and food. The beach area always had lots of room! We didn’t feel crowded at all. Great place to find shells. The kids found all kinds of unique shells right across the street.Condo/Amenities:The condo is beautiful, spacious, and was super clean. It is fully stocked with all linens/gear you need. They even had extra fans, which came in handy at night for some noise. There was several books and games available to use.From the listing we knew there were chairs available, I had inquired about an umbrella prior to the stay, and they let us know there was not any, so we rented one with our golf cart. However, there is actually two in the spare closet! Pool was awesome, and empty mostly all week! Great communication with host.We only had a couple things to note on the negative side which were, with parking under, it is 3 stories up. The listing does not indicate there is no elevator, so be mindful if you are not able bodied to get luggage up that many steps. Listing does not indicate there is no availability for electric golf carts. We rented a Moke prior to knowing, had to last minute change to gas after booking as it’s in the FAQ guide, which was disappointing. Lastly, there are several vertical blinds missing in the master, which happens to be where the sun comes in, but I did let them know on day one.Overall, GREAT stay! Will be back for sure!

Great location and super close to the beach as well as a ton of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this unit! It was a large space, beds were comfortable and it was beautifully decorated, clean and had beautiful views from all windows. The outside screened in porch was nice for coffee in the morning. It was a very easy short walk across to the beach and there were so many restaurants and shops to walk to. We enjoyed breakfast several mornings at the Kokonut Hut that was on the beach next to the property. The host was very attentive to questions and available at any time via text. I would highly recommend this property!

Host was not willing to communicate through the VRBO app. This made me uncomfortable and I told him as such. He told me to read his reviews and that I could communicate with him or I could call someone at VRBO and talk to someone in India. At this point it was too late for me to switch and find another VRBO. Every time I asked a question host was annoyed and said the information was already provided to me, and since he would not answer I had to go digging for the information. So, I just stopped asking!! What I was MOST upset about is that I told Steve I was 55 and traveling with my 80 year old mother and there was no mention of this being on the top floor and that we had to climb three flights of stairs with no elevator. Unbeknownst to the host my mother has congestive heart failure, and this was extremely difficult for her every time we came and went. The outside of the building is still damaged from the storm, but the inside was nicely updated. We did have to wash our pillows because they were stained yellow gross. A lot of the blinds were broken and did not provide %100 privacy, nor could you easily open and close them. The balconies weren't facing the ocean. The patio was screened in, old and not inviting at all with a view facing apartments. You could see some of the ocean. Overall, I felt the host was rude, left out important information. I wouldn't stay again with this host. However, Anna Maria was awesome!!!
