Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property that right on the beach.

This was our fourth time staying here. We love the location. it can't be beat. I have always left a great review of this property because it is a great place to stay. Having said that there are a few items that really need to be updated do to use and lack of militance. The refrigerator had issues a year and a half ago. It does not maintain a constant temp. the seals are bad and prevent the door from closing properly. the fridge side would freeze food in one location and be too warm in others. the freezer ice would stay mostly frozen but have water in the bag. This issue was reported last time we stayed.The BBQ pit is a joke. not sure how it is still standing.The storage space under the house is full of trash. I mean just a bunch a junk that needs cleaned out. We usually used this space for our fishing gear and toys. but were unable to do so this time. I am thankful our gear did not get stolen. When we originally started staying here there was concrete under the house. this was great to help keep your stuff cleaner and a better place to hang out and cook. i know the hurricane took the concrete out, but i see other have replace it. The Air Conditioner would not keep a temp under 75. yes, we had a lot of people and yes there is a lot of in and out. but it was hot. most day the temp in the house was 78 during the day and would come down to 73 by first thing in the morning. this house is large enough to need a second unit. I'm sure the upstairs was even hotter.

Great beachfront house! Very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies with lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Plenty of beds for a large family or group, all very comfortable. Highly recommend!
