Spacious & comfortable, clean & quiet accommodation, love the deck facing the fantastic view of Frenchman Bay

Very roomy house for our 6 guests. Each couple had their own floor so privacy when you wanted it. Good sized kitchen and living area. 2.5 bathrooms so we all had our own bathroom as well. Close to Bar Harbor as well as Schoodic. peninsula.

We had a great experience! Home was just as described. Bedroom on top floor (King with half bath) was a lot bigger and roomier than it looked online. Shower on main floor took a little getting used to, but we figured it out! The view was great to wake up to and the location was great for Bar Harbor area activities!

Carolyn welcomed us andmade sure we had what we needed. She had ideas as the Wx was foggy and misty. We enjoyed the house and vicinity great location looking over the bay. Loved the stay!

The house was a very comfortable, well-stocked jumping off spot for exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor. We enjoyed evenings on the deck taking in the water views.

We loved Carolyn's place so much. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 4. We had plenty of room and the views were incredible!

Perfect place and the price was right! Beautiful view and Carolyn lives right down from where you are so if you need anything, she is right there! We went grocery shopping beforehand but should have checked 1st as there was already plenty of essentials ( salt and pepper, coffee, filters, spices, condiments, etc. and wouldn't have had to spend the extra money! Very clean and had deer in our yard everyday we woke up. LOVED it!!

Carolyn was so accommodating and even left us little goodies while we were away by the door! Very clean and quiet. The view was spectacular!! Thank you!!

Lovely property with plenty of room. Views were beautiful with a deck to have our morning coffee and relax.

Friends Vacation
We had an amazing time! It was so relaxing to go visit all the fun places and come back to a house to hang out together. The listing stated 3 baths but it is only 2.5. We just had to coordinate showers.

Great scenery, home, and host
We loved this house just north of Acadia. The view is unbeatable and visible from all three bedrooms. The host, Carolyn, was very responsive and helpful at all times of day. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Thanks for a great stay just outside the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor, it was nice to have a place to regroup mid vacation and do some laundry and cooking. Our teens loved the kayaks and paddling the bay - amazing location to watch the ocean and Racoon Bay.
