4 of us stayed. It was clean, has a nice layout, and everything you need. It is a short walk to get downtown. Parking is tight, but we fit 2 small SUVs in the garage.

The condo is very nice. It has all the necessities (coffee machine, toaster, towels, etc.) needed. It was very clean. Great location. Just a couple blocks to the center of Front Street. The use of the garage is a plus. We were able to fit two larger (Ford Flex, Chevy Traverse) into the garage. It took several repositionings, but we got them in there. Katy was very communicative and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very clean at a quiet neighbourhood and it’s within walking distance to downtown Traverse City. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit.😁

We loved our recent stay in downtown TC at Katy’s townhome. It is incredibly convenient with all of the downtown restaurants, shops, and the west bay with Clinch Park very walkable. The townhome was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. As noted, the garage is tight for a larger vehicle, but our 7 passenger SUV fit just fine. The booking and check-in process was easy and we will certainly be looking to stay here again.

The property was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities you would expect for a stay. We especially liked the proximity to downtown TC and the ability to walk everywhere. Katy was super responsive to any questions and provided a great experience. This was our first time staying in this location and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Very spacious and clean. Those stairs really give you a great workout too..lol. Katy was very easy to contact and answer all my questions. Very close to town to walk to all the shops and waterfront. The attached garage was a plus too. It would have been nice to have an actual bath mat and not a regular rug when you got out of the shower. Upon arrival there was a nice handwritten note and bottle of wine! Cheers to a great vacation rental!

We love the location of Katy’s property, right in the heart of Traverse City. Walking distance to amazing eats in downtown TC and a convenient jumping off point to Sleeping Bear Dunes and beaches. Thank you for hosting us, Katy!

Such a great location with walking distance to all of downtown! We stayed the week of the Cherry Festival and were happy to park our car in the garage and walk everywhere! Property was cute and clean.

The location was perfect for getting around Traverse City as well as other locales in southwest Michigan. We had a bit of difficulty locating the entry point for the garage, but once we figured it out, getting in and out was no problem. Katy was wonderful and very patient, making sure we got in and settled when I couldn't pull up the email containing the front door code. The townhouse was spacious, light, and comfortable. This was our first time to use VRBO, and my only criticism would be that we were unprepared for the extra costs. Our three day stay cost almost exactly double the quoted cost for the accommodation because of all the fees and taxes. This would be offset a little with a longer stay.

Great location. Easy to walk downtown and get around the city. Plenty of closet space and bathroom space. Two big issues....one they can fix...one they can't. Fixable is the brightness of the main bedroom. Light shades on all windows...one window with a shade but that did not help keep out the imense light that poured in before 7 AM. We purchased aluminum foil to put in the windows to keep the sun out. Drapes ...like the ones in the other room...would be extremely helpful. The problem they can't solve is the noise. There is a church bell that rings every hour srarting at 7 AM and there is construction begin the rental that starts just as early. They did lay out earplugs but we thought that was just a nice gesture...not a much needed item. Katy was responsive to all questions. Would use again if the window brightness was fixed.

So much space! 4 of us stayed comfortably in this VRBO and we loved that the bedrooms were great sized and that there were 3 bathrooms. Made it super easy to get ready to get our days going. Wonderful location and very convenient!

Our stay was fantastic! The property is clean, spacious and well laid it...it also just so happens to be in a fantastic location only a few blocks from all of the action Front St has to offer. 100% recommend!

Convenient location very close to downtown Traverse City. Check in process was easy. Convenient parking with attached underground garage. Kitchen was well equipped to cook for a family with young kids. In house washer/dryer was a nice perk. We enjoyed our stay in traverse city and would recommend this property.

This was my first time to Traverse City…the location was the best, we could walk to everything…restaurants, wonderful shopping….home was clean, spacious, beds were super comfortable…loved having a garage to park…I would stay again…Katy great to communicate with…

The property was very clean and comfortable. It is nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The location of the property is amazing! You can easily walk to restaurants and shops downtown. The beach is close although could be a bit of a walk for young kids. Close to the TART as well which connects to longer trails kept in excellent condition.
Highly recommend staying at this property!

If you love arriving at your VRBO, parking your car and walking nearly everywhere you want to go, this is the perfect location. Very clean, very quiet and presents just as it is advertised. The parking is a tiny bit tricky, but we worked it out!

The location of this property is ideal for walking to restaurants, shopping, the beach etc. There is a lot of space and we would stay here again. We did have a large SUV and were able to fit into the garage without any difficulty.

There were only a few small negatives about the property that are worth a mention. The blinds were a little challenging to close and in one bathroom we were unable to close them all weekend. The garage parking is tight if you have anything larger than a compact car. Not dealbreakers but worth a mention. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
