Bon Jodi's Dreamy Escape Guest House

We had a wonderful stay at their property. The owners were very responsive and extremely friendly. The house was exactly as described and very well maintained. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bon Jodi’s Dreamy Escape Guest House! The property was welcoming, well-maintained, and offered plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially enjoyed all of the games, the lake access, and the variety of amenities available both indoors and outdoors. It was clear that the hosts have put a lot of thought into creating a fun and relaxing getaway experience.A few things future guests may want to consider: there is only one bathroom, and the shower setup can be a little challenging when traveling with a larger group. We had six people getting ready for a wedding, and coordinating showers and bathroom time took some planning. But there are mirrors placed strategically throughout! Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was spotty during our stay, so I would not recommend this property if you need reliable internet for work or a business trip.Overall, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were friendly, the property was comfortable, and there was no shortage of things to do. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and don’t mind unplugging a bit, this is a great place to stay.

Start by staying we had a nice time and the kids and us loved the lake access as well as all the fun non motorized toys to occupy time. The lake it self was very nice but the beach area is shared with a second property as well as the owners who live in the adjoining house to the guest house. Its clearly listed as a guest house in the listing but just took for granted that when filtering VRBO website for houses, all houses would come with normal amenities...like a kitchen to start!! The owners are very nice and take very good care of their property but it was kind of strange basically sharing this property with them. There is no kitchen or washer and dryer. The one and only bathroom is downstairs attached to garage and borderline not a full bath, very small. One of the main amenities listed is this garage area with all the games and pool table. Well this area is video surveilled which they say they are able to do because its considered a "common area", under VRBO that is allowed. Allowed or not, if this is considered a amenity where you will be spending the majority of your time, you do not want to be videoed the entire time. Bad look whether technically permitted or not. Would not stay there again.
