The views were amazing, the place was wonderful, and everyone on the island was very friendly. We will be going back to St Johns again!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Coral. It is a nice home with beautiful views. However, there are things that need attention.
When we arrived for the first few days the home was very hot. The thermostat was set at a fixed temperature that we could not change to get it cooler. We called the manager and he came and moved the thermostat to 65. We were told not to change it because if we did it would reset and we could not get it cooler again. So now we just dealt with it being too cool.
The ice maker barely makes any ice.
The entrance to the home is really dangerous. You have to step way up and there are 2 raised places that make it a tripping danger.
We had to clean the shower and the toilet in one of the bathrooms.
The sheets on the king bed were very knotty. We got them to replace them. The manager said they were really bad and threw the sheet away.
The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. We had to re-wash them each time.
In the king bedroom the door was hitting so we could hardly get it closed.
The water pressure was really poor.
The couch needs to be cleaned.
The floors left your socks black.
The description said there was cable but it kept coming up saying you need to subscribe.
The description says you can walk to town. That’s true if you are young and in excellent physical condition. The steep hills make it impossible for the average person.
If some attention was given to such things as these, the home would be a very nice home to vacation in.

We LOVED our stay on St. John! The property was walking distance to Cruz Bay which was ideal, however, bring sneakers if you aren't used to walking hills! The amount of hills and switchbacks in this area is quite concerning if you are not used to it, but by the end of the vacation we were used to it! For people who have visited the island they know just how hilly it is. The property was fabulous, the only negative was the water pressure was not good in any of the showers.

This property has it all: Location, view, pool, clean, modern, and good WiFi. This unit is a short walk to town and has off the street parking. Everything was very comfortable for our family of 6.

Our first time on St. John, and Blue Coral was everything we had read about. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable, fabulous beaches easily accessible by jeep (taxi also possible), and "downtown" Cruz Bay itself is walking distance, if you're in ok shape (our party included 2 over-60s and we were fine). AC worked well. We didn't use the pool; the beaches are too beautiful. St. John is truly paradise.

Beautifully decorated, modern and spacious apartment. Towels, coolers, chairs, snorkels and beach gear all provided. Plenty of parking. A great place to stay!
About 10 min walk into town will be perfect for those who want a quiet spot, not perfect for those who want to be right in the mix.

The condo was beautiful, one bedroom they had trouble turning on the lights, maybe burned out bulbs?
Mattresses and bedding were so comfortable.
The walk to town was fairly easy but the hill going up 😣. I’m also out of shape!

Blue Coral is a beautiful three bedroom condominium with gorgeous views and excellent amenities in a convenient location to downtown Cruz Bay. The photos accurately depict the unit and the views. Since parking is challenging in St. John, we frequently walked to downtown restaurants and bars. The owner and property managers gave us great advice on beaches, hiking and restaurants. All five of us had an unforgettable week.

A short, but admittedly steep, walk to Cruz Bay. Happy to come home to Blue Coral each evening. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, great support from the management company. The two decks, one with a daybed, were especially inviting.

Great house with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful time in St John! Bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was very organized with everything we needed to make our own incredible Thanksgiving dinner! They were even kind enough to supply blocks for our toddler! Beach towels and chairs also enabled us to enjoy all of the spectacular beaches St. John has to offer! Can't wait to go back!

The property is pristine, with everything you could want on hand. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked with equipment. We cooked in for most meals, which saved a ton of cash as restaurants are expensive. New washer dryer. Plenty of beach towels. Convenient access to town. And St. John’s is awesome!

We've been to St. John a few times and have always stayed at resorts, but after our stay at Blue Coral, we may never go back. My husband and I traveled with our three children (16, 14, and 11) and his mother (70). We had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the incredible views with coffee and breakfast on the balconies. We took our jeep and hit different beaches every day, and returned to the condo for our walk out to dinner every night. It's definitely hilly, but we appreciated the extra exercise. The dedicated parking spot and ability to walk to town were a huge plus! We didn't cook much but breakfast, but the kitchen wares were of good quality. The beds were comfortable and there were ample towels and all the supplies we needed for the week. We would definitely return to this property and recommend to anyone coming to St. John with family.

Great condo and so convenient!
We had a wonderful week at Blue Coral! The views are incredible, kitchen is well stocked and the beds are so comfortable! We have vacationed in St. John several times and always love staying close to Cruz Bay so we can walk to dinner and shopping! During our week we actually ran into different people that either knew the owners or had stayed in Blue Coral and they all raved about the condo! We had a small issue with the property management company and the owners were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property!!

Christmas in St. John
This was a fantastic vacation and Blue Coral did not disappoint. The unit itself was gorgeous and lacked for nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent as it’s easy walking to town and plenty of parking for our Jeep rental. Everything was smooth and easy from arrival to check out. We highly recommend a St. John vacation and making Blue Coral your vacation home.

This Vrbo was recommended by friends who stayed there. We were thoroughly delighted with every aspect of the experience. It is updated, beautifully appointed, extremely clean, quiet, with lots of space for 6 adults. We were part of a 40-person destination wedding, with other attendees spread across the island. Our location was optimal, not isolated as others were. We could walk to bars, restaurants, boat rentals, and taxis. Didn't need a car because all healthy and enjoyed walking. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Perfect location
The villa was a short walk from downtown and had everything you want in a St John vacation home, plenty of space, an amazing deck to have your coffee and watch sunset and parking to not have to deal with downtown parking lots. Overall excellent place for our St John vacation and we hope to be back.

Great Location!
The inside space was perfect for us...3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms....nicely appointed. The outside balconies were wonderful and used constantly. The biggest advantage was the location to town. We walked back and forth to town at least a dozen times....which was very convenient.

Great location - Convenient and walkable
Overall this property is great. Our stay occurred just after new owners had taken over - immediately after. The new owners were responsive and nice. There were a few minor items in the house that needed attention (broken cooler - resolved with alternate cooler delivered on 3rd day, broken microwave handle - still worked, so not a huge deal, small items). House manager was nice and addressed the cooler issue, but candidly was a little slow to respond. We would highly recommend the place and gave it 5 stars!

This property was as described. It is a nicely decorated, spacious condo in a very good location with a nice pool. It was an easy walk to Cruz Bay. It had all the amenities we wanted in a vacation rental. We highly recommend this unit to vacationers to St John.
