Summary:
Mango Terrace is located right in Cruz Bay, St. John USVI (No passport required!) Our location cannot be beat! Walkable to town (STEEP Hill!) but quiet with sweeping ocean views!
*NOTE - we have a full backup generator to automatically provide power in case of any island power outages (happens on island!)

• Entire luxury vacation condo-villa for your private use
• Private entrance with no common doors or hallways
• Breathtaking views of the open ocean out to St Croix!
• Minutes to Cruz Bay's best bars, restaurants, shopping
• Saltwater Infiniti style Pool and Lounge Area
• All rooms have new Mitsubishi Air Conditioning
• Bedroom 1: King Tempurpedic, ensuite bath, private balcony, chaise lounge
• Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Heavenly beds, ensuite bath
• Queen sleeper sofa w/ memory foam mattress in living area
• Hotel quality mattresses and super-soft cotton sheets
• Open-Concept Kitchen, Dining, living area
• Smart TV's, Roku, Netflix, AppleTV, High-Speed WiFi
• 2 large covered & screened balconies
• Fully stocked kitchen: stove, dishwasher, VitaMix blender, microwave, Keurig & Drip coffee maker

Guest Access:
Amazing Saltwater Pool deck w/ incredible views is available to guests and is directly below the unit, shared with 5 other units at Mango Terrace Villas
• If we do not have same day guests on your arrival/departure we can be flexible with check in/out. Please contact us prior to your stay to confirm times
The Neighborhood:
• Mango Terrace Villas is right in Cruz Bay, a location just far enough away from the restaurants and bars to provide serenity but still a quick 10-15 minute walk to all your favorite dining and shopping destinations. Please note: the walk back up from town is a STEEP hill!
Getting Around:
• A Jeep can be rented or you can walk (if you do not mind hills & are in good fitness!) or can taxi fairly easily!
Other Things to Note:
•Please note pool area is shared among the 6 Luxury units at Mango Terrace.
•No parties or excessive noise allowed, especially at nighttime. Violations are strictly enforced by association and you will be forced to leave immediately without refund.
Interaction with Guests:
• Owners are always a phone call away!

We loved staying here, the views were beautiful. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Communication with the owner was amazing, responds immediately to email, text and call. Only downfall was the steep hill, but you wouldn't have the views without them, would recommend having a 4wheel drive vehicle.

One of the easiest and cleanest stays! Comfy beds, great AC, great pool, screened in porch was great for night card games without bugs. Owner was easy to contact and quick to repspond. The hike up and down to town is a lot, but totally possible. Even our 3.5yo could do most of it. The parking is a learninf experience bur also doable.

Dave was great from before we got to house and throughout. House was clean and all ameneties needed were there. It was easy to get to market (hill a bit steep) to all beaches and down into town of Cruz Bay. I would recommemd Daves unit to friends or families. We had a great time!
