The Custom Built Rental on Lodge Hill is beautiful and comfortable and just as described. The verdant hillside location is quiet and serene yet just a short drive to both the coast and town. We enjoyed our visit and would be happy to return.

What a lovely home and it is truly a custom, one of a kind home! If you like custom features, you are going to love this home! The pictures of property are up to date. The location of the home was like being in a forest next to the ocean. As a family, we enjoyed all the space in the house. We all had our favorite nooks to sit and read in. We were fortunate to have lovely weather and enjoyed the balcony outside the main living area. The views from all the large windows are spectacular, and neighborhood is quite. The kitchen was well equipped and was a delight to prepare meals in. I was so pleased that the bbq grill was clean and ready to use-many of the homes I have stayed at had grills that looked so bad, I did not want to use them. I always bring my own bbq tools, because not all homes have decent implements to clean the grill with-this house had everything needed to grill. The master bedroom was beautiful and large with a large balcony. Again, beautiful views. My family and I have rented coastal homes every summer for 11 years, and this house tops the list of favorites! Check-in was easy as was checkout. The property management company employees were responsive and professional. I loved the binder in the house that listed things to do and local restaurants. My family and I stayed there for 11 nights and enjoyed every minute there! We will be renting this home in the future!

Beautiful home!!! Stairs up to the house. One bedroom on the main floor, two suites upstairs. The driveway is very steep and you have to back down the hill. Location is good for excursions to Moonstone boardwalk and Hearst Castle.

Beautiful home with a lot of unique character. Very spacious and clean. We love the views and the serenity. would love to come back again.
