If anyone is looking for a slight step back in time, this property is for you! Very convenient location in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The antique furnishings are comfortable, and the home is clean. There was plenty of space for two of us to work separately without interfering in each other's meetings, etc. The only thing I wished the property had was a story of the history of when, why, and who built it and lived in it over the years. It was our first time visiting this area, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location, lots of parking, nicely decorated
beautiful older home with lots of space in both bedrooms, drawing and dining room. However, the house needs TLC. There wasNno hot water in masterbath. Masterbath does not lock. Insulation is bad and is drafty in bedrooms and bathrooms. Sofa bed is crooked , so every difficult to sleep on it. No heating in master bedroom.

I like about this house was really close to the airport and Disney. The decorating was very nice. Anytime I reached out to the owners of questions I had they responded rather quickly,

We enjoyed our stay with the Santa Ana home & garden!
The kitchen has all the supplies we need. There is a Welcome basket which we love that add to the sincerity of the owner of the house
The home is elegant as advertised. Large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The wall paintings add to the elegance of the house.
Disneyland is nearby and we enjoyed the duration of our stay in Sta. Ana.
We will surely come back someday!

We stayed here for 4 nights in Oct 2023. We had most of the lower floor of this historic home, which has been beautifully decorated in classic style with lovely antique furniture, furnishings and decor. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms clean with walk-in showers, great water pressure and lots of towels, a sizeable living room and foyer, as well as large dining room and small kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, full size refrigerator (no dishwasher or oven), iron and ironing boards. The owner is extremely responsive and helfpul and clearly takes great care of this place. We already booked our next stay and will book this place for every visit we make to OC, several times a year.

Beautiful and clean home. We were fairly close to our event. Not sure about the neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. Kitchen was well equipped though heads up there is no oven. All was easy and simple. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great for our family of five. Lots of room to sleep (three big beds in two large rooms), hang out and eat. The second bedroom is near a somewhat busy street, so there is road noise. (That was not an issue for us, but some might be more sensitive to noise.) The rental is a dedicated space that feels like your own home but in a larger building. We did not encounter other residents. There are two shared washing machines and dryers that are new and nice. Plenty of parking.
About 10 minutes to Disney parking. Several options for drug stores and grocery stores are 3-10 minutes.
We place a high premium on rentals being clean and this one was excellent in that regard.
Last but not least: Roland, our host, was very friendly and fast to respond. (We communicated exclusively via text.)

This could possibly be the BEST mother daughter trip ever! House was amazing in an amazing Historic area near everything (Target, dining, etc) and our host gave us a quick recommendation that made our trip spectacular! We were headed to Huntington Beach but our host pointed us in Laguna’s direction and Crystal Cove park. The beach 🏖 at Laguna was quiet and phenomenal! The next day we went to the Shake shack in Crystal Cove and did some sightseeing and shopping!
The host was funny, personable, and readily available (answered within minutes every time)
He even lent my daughter a boogie board.
They live upstairs but barely heard a door creak!
Wonderful time and we’re already planning another stay!
You won’t regret it 😉

Wonderful home and host!
My friend and I stayed in this home for a respite and a day in Disneyland. Celebrating her hard work getting her Masters degree. The host was SO kind in a special request we made and assisted us on our first day there. Lots of great local information - and we took them up on the Benchmark Restaurant and made reservations - def get the pretzel avocado appetizer! Pops Diner was a simple, old school breakfast. We never got to Hidden Coffee but assume that was a gem as well. Can't wait to go back!
The house is exquisite. Nice accommodating kitchen. Beds are fantastic, we all slept so easily. The house has a wonderful palette of colors and furnishings. Really beautiful antiques and comfortable chairs and couches. Lots of soft blankets if you need to be cozy. And a pleasant basket of chips and popcorn when we arrived!
