Overall stay was poor due to the following:1. This home has not been maintained. When we first arrived the kitchen had ant and roach traps all over the kitchen counters. Ended up seeing a live roach later that evening(I have pics). 2. The house had not been freshly cleaned but looked like it had been sitting so the tables were dirty and counter tops, I had to spray and reclean the surfaces. 3.The recreational area with the ping pong table, no heat and the TV was not working properly. Contacted the host they sent someone out but the TV never got fixed during our stay. Keep in mind there are only TV’s in the master bedroom, living-room and recreational room. So we had 2 TV’s our entire stay. This was Christmas Eve(Wednesday) when we arrived so the stores closed early, we did not get a heater until Friday for the recreational room. 4. Taking showers, the water pressure in the entire house was absolutely terrible! Example, my sister used the shower in the master bathroom which caused the water pressure in the bathrooms to loose pressure and some of the toilets to stop flushing. 5. Ceiling in the basement king size bedroom, was flooding and the floor showed prior flooding6. Maintenance came and patched the ceiling. Requested a refund for the house not being maintained and have not heard anything back from the host. Nirvaan was in contact with me but has not mentioned refund for all the issues and inconvenience during our stay. My family came from NC & SC so we made it work

The home was large and spacious but the beds were so glaringly uncomfortable. There were no blankets. There were bug traps all over the counters in the kitchen. The house had quite a lot of bugs. We killed at least 3 live cockroaches. The rooms were fairly uncomfortable.

Very large and spacious house, with plenty of features to suite everyone. It had some minor operational issues with plumbing (low pressure). The warm temps brought bugs into the house. None of these were big deals, and I would still recommend others to rent this venue (great deal for the price). Guests need to bring kitchen supplies, including all spices, foil, zip lock bags, etc.

A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto

Nice Quiet Family Home - Long Term

Great place for a large family group as everyone had their own rooms and plenty of bathrooms.
