Lovely country house setting with very spacious rooms and bathrooms as well as additional kitchen facilities and games room
Very squeaky floors, no tv in the bedrooms, door would not close, very basic breakfast

the room and the staff are nice. relatively close to the lake (20’). coffee and tea in the room.
there was no hot water in the shower. It was quite cold in the room (small radiator). The breakfast (8:30) is late given that the main attraction of the place was to watch the cranes in the early morning (although you could drive 20’ back to have breakfast but then waste at least 40’ of a short and valuable birding trip!).
