We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient and the place was nice. Being able to park 2 cars in a garage was a plus. I would stay here again.

Great layout for 6 people. It was very updated and spacious. Everything you need is there and it was extremely clean. The outdoor patio is such a nice amenity to have also! It has 4 floors, but the elevator INSIDE the unit was nice. We were able to tightly but easily fit a large truck AND an SUV in the garage. There were a few issues: codes and the router but it was taken care of by property management within 2 minutes! The location couldn't be better! We came for Biltmore and breweries so we were a short ride from one and heaven walking distance for all of the beer. While we were there we decided to check out the WNC Wildlife Center.

Property was as listing described. Very new, clean and roomy. My wife and I were joined by our son, his wife and two teenagers. 6 people total and plenty of room. We went to the Biltmore which was only about 1.5 miles away. Definitely will stay here again.

Needed working elevator. I know that sounds stupid but it’s four floors with very steep stairs.

The house was very clean and stocked with all the items we needed for our short stay. It is located very close to downtown with easy access in and out and lots of walkability. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and the townhome was convenient to everything that we wanted to do. We walked to all of the breweries and restaurants. The townhome itself was very clean and we enjoyed the fourth floor balcony. We have all decided that we will try to stay here again when we next visit Asheville.

Wonderful place, new, clean, and modern. Also decorated very nice! Had a great stay and the location is perfect since it is only a 10 minute walk to downtown and a two minute walk to the closest brewery!

We had a couple, a 9 year old, and one pair of grandparents stay here. It's new and clean and the beds are very comfortable.
Just a short uphilll walk to downtown to have dinner and drinks and only a 15 minute drive to go tour the Biltmore.
Super clean, easy check in and check out. Very responsive hosts (we had one ceiling light that needed a minor fix they took care of right away)
Can't say enough about how great this place was for us.

Very nice, like new. The layout was perfect for our family with two grown kids who like their own space, and the beds were all comfortable. Elevator was great. Downtown is easily walkable from the condo. The garage was a plus. The Biltmore was a five minute drive away.

I traveled to Asheville for the first time over Presidents Day weekend. The condo is in an ideal location, walkable to many breweries, downtown, and we even trekked over to the River Arts District. I especially enjoyed the Hi Wire garden in the RAD. The condo is perfect for 3 couples. It was very clean, bright, and felt new. The garage is a little tight, but we made it work with one SUV and one sedan.

The property is a location that’s up and coming….it used to literally be the projects…however, everything is close by and good location within 3-5 miles of just about everythjng with many things in walking distance

We found the property very nice. The elevator was a necessity for my brother-in-law who can't get around easily. It also was very helpful in loading and unloading. The only issue we had was first locating the property because our GPS said it was on the left at the stop light and it was actually to the right. Maybe add a little note in directions because the street name is behind the property.

Great townhouse! Good location in Asheville. Very convenient. Good room for 6 of us. Only issue we had was the internet which didn’t work for 1 out of the 2 days we were there.

We loved our Asheville stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, modern and very well equipped. The location was convenient to South Slope and downtown - we walked everywhere. I was a little concerned about the number of stairs when we arrived, but with the elevator, everything worked out beautifully. I would love to stay here again.

Close to all of our Asheville dining and entertainment destinations. Beautifully furnished, loved the top floor outdoor terrace. Great for 3 couples with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Would definitely return. Elevator and 2-car garage were a big plus, especially with 4 floors to navigate.

The condo is set up well for 3-6 adults and was very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are on different floors providing good privacy and 2-car garage was appreciated. In-the-unit elevator was a plus! The patio was nice and convenient to the kitchen, but the street noise was a bit distracting.

Perfect Property
Condo was modern, spacious and meticulously clean. Although about a mile walk to the main center of Asheville, the location was great. It was a short drive to the Biltmore and other attractions. It was great to have a garage to store our one car, but fitting two cars would have been difficult. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Unit was new and clean and the two car garage was great. There are breweries and restaurants that are a very short walk away. Be aware that there are two en-suite bedrooms but the third bedroom had it's bathroom in the hallway and is smaller.
The only negatives is that there was only one dish towel and one dish rag and the pillows were uncomfortable for all six of us adults.

Impeccably clean and high end. Terrace with great view of south slope area...20+ breweries and great food/cafes within 4 blocks of the place... everyone was impressed with the elevator!
