The 4-story townhome located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville, equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio. There are 3 separate beds in the home, 1 king in the main bedroom, 1 queen in 2nd bedroom, and a queen in loft.
Step outside your front door to enjoy local breweries, restaurants, and spas, with the Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway also conveniently nearby.

Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors
2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.
Guests will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding access to the vacation rental and any other important information needed. There are 2 parking spots only for the property. If you have more than 2 vehicles you are subject to towing; there are long-term residents that live in several of the townhomes.
Towns Property Management has staff available 24 hours/day. We look forward to assisting you with your needs.

Very comfortable and clean.
The bedroom closest to the street had some mild noise in AM due to a run, but I think our friends were fine with it.
Nice decor. Walkable to eateries and bars if you are interested. I bought a few things across the street at a mini mart. Off street parking, read reviews…some had concerns about size of vehicle, but we did not have any issues. There were a lot of instructions regarding clean up, but we dutifully did as requested. Bottom line, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend it!

Good location with easy access to everything. Walkable to many nearby spots. Well-cleaned and modern unit with all the essentials for my group of 4 adults and one kiddo. Entry and garage access on level 1. Living, dining, kitchen, half bath on level 2. King primary w/en suite bath, queen bedroom and full bath on level 3. Queen sleeping/living loft, half bath and roof deck on level 4. In-unit elevator access to all 4 levels was helpful for luggage. Other reviews have noted challenges with the HVAC. Our issue was that it was not operational at all upon our arrival and the management company did not disclose it until after I called. They did promptly deliver space heaters for the rooms which eventually heated up the spaces and provided a financial credit for the hassle. Space for 1 vehicle in the rear-entry garage (tricky entry for larger vehicles but we managed fine with our 3-row Jeep Grand Cherokee L). Second uncovered parking spot also behind unit. Water heater is tankless with extremely hot water but doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with a shower that lasts more than a few minutes as the water turned cold quickly – not ideal for multiple showers. Overall fine, but we’ll look for a different spot for our next visit.

Awesome place! AC were not all working properly, but otherwise a great experience! Very quiet and clean! We would definitely recommend this place!
