Lovely welcome pack on arrival much appreciated, modern spacious apartment with great showers and especially the mattress was great and supportive as someone who sleeps badly when traveling - best mattress I've had while away! I've given comfort as 4/5 just as it was quite warm while we were there - the two fans provided helped. Was a pity the sliding window could not be opened as it was due for repair. Overall a great place to stay and I would book again.

Ideal location for exploring York city centre, within easy walking distance to sights and restaurants & cafes, with secure parking.
On floor 5 of 7. Some noise disturbance from road and adjacent building sites.
Good internet and TV with freeview.
Ticked all our boxes. Would be happy to book again.
