A perfect and elegant alcove where you can experience unforgettable moments of happiness! The apartment is located inside an elegant historic building from the 1600s that has been completely renovated, part of the ancient Bellini Theater. Right in the heart of the historic center of Palermo and next to the Martorana church, San Cataldo is part of the UNESCO itinerary "Arab-Norman Palermo. From the panoramic terrace a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the hills that crown Palermo.
the apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (with lift) of a wonderful and elegant historic building from the 1600s which has recently been completely restored. The entrance is on Piazza Bellini and right next to it is the famous church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio known as "La Martorana" and immediately following the church of San Cataldo, symbol of Sicilian-Norman art and UNESCO heritage. An alley leads to Piazza Pretoria known as "Piazza della Vergogna", seat of the municipality of Palermo. inside the apartment, in the living room / kitchen area, a beautiful exposed wooden staircase leads to the splendid panoramic terrace, the perfect place to enjoy a magnificent view over the city while having breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine. the terrace has a table with 4 chairs, armchairs and an opening umbrella. From the single living room / kitchen you enter the bedroom, the two rooms are separated by a small corridor but not divided by a door, followed by the bathroom. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and offers fine and design finishes and furnishings. Designed to make you live an unforgettable experience between the modern and the historic and offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the city.

The apartment was very well furnished for comfort and also cooking if you wish to cook. Paola was very relaxed and did not bother us with a lot of rules. The terrace on the roof is amazing.....completely private with 360 views over roofs of central Palermo. Plan to have at least one dinner there with some local cheese, bread, and wine and watch the sunset behind the mountains.

This house is fantastic. It is well maintained and very well decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. The host, Paula, is super friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Palermo. The location is walking distance to most everything. Ciao!

Great property to stay at, close to many of the must-see spots; if you do not want to go out to eat, the property has a fully equipped kitchen and confortable livingroom and wonderful rooftop to have your morning coffee;
The host Paula was an incredibly helpful person; super easy to communicate with and professional
