Location was fantastic. Good to have parking and the staff were so lovely. It was so quiet even though we were so central. Amazing value for money.
Nothing.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful with anything I need and provided some good useful local information. It is quiet at night, no outside party’s noise.
Nothing I didn’t like; if we are talking improvement, I would say a safe and/or a mini-refrigerator in the room would be great.

Very smart room, beautifully cleaned every day. Friendly helpful man on reception. Excellent location. Good value
I'd have liked to know in advance that the patio area was not in use. I might not have booked if it didn't have the patio. The lounge is small and not very inviting. But the room and bathroom were so nice, and all staff so friendly, plus good value and location, so I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel and very affordable. Perfect location. Comfortable rooms. So close to everything! Such sweet and kind staff. The first person spent at least half an hour marking all the best restaurants, bars, sights, and transportation on an incredibly detailed map. Absolutely lovely. Very quiet as well. Loved that there were real keys instead of cards. Everything felt solid and well-built. Highly recommend and I'd love to stay here again. Exceeded my expectations.
When the air conditioner is on, it gives the room a faint smell of urine. It may be something that can be fixed. Otherwise, perfect stay.
