I just wanted a small, reasonable house for my husband and I to stay at. This house was adorable. Nicely decorated and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were able to walk to Fisherman's Village and along the water every morning. The back yard was cute with the adirondack chairs and the umbrella table. And you will be accompanied by some delightful geckos! A great spot for our first time visiting Punta Gorda

The area that we stayed in was quiet and very safe! We really enjoyed the grill and being close to everything. Will stay again!

This house was really clean and a perfect layout for our family. The appliances were higher quality than other rentals we have stayed at. The check-in and checkout were super easy. The biggest complaint is that the bedroom doors stick and are a little hard to open and close. Very nice property!

Stay was awesome - back yard lovely and well appointed kitched etc--
my only negative is the couches are pretty and work great in the space but i did not find them comfortable to sit on, but that could just be me :)

I had previously rented a different VRBO in town and it was a dump. This place was so much better, having been recently renovated and with all new appliances. One room is set up for an office, if needed, with a couch, the other bedroom had two nice twin beds, and the master had a comfortable bed as well. The kitchen was well appointed and has most things we needed for our extended stay from August through November and there are a few other nice things, like a couple bikes that you can use, two beach chairs, and the back yard is great with a nice patio, a firepit and a nice grill that I used a lot. The location is pretty close to town, especially by bike. Overall, we loved the place, the setup and amenities as well as the location. I can definitely recommend this unit!

This property is a great find! It's in a perfect location being close to the Harbor Walk, Fisherman's Village, great restaurants, fabulous parks, grocery store, etc. The property itself was very clean with comfortable living space indoors and outdoors. Communicating with the property manager was simple with fast response times. Overall, our experience was great! When visiting the Punta Gorda area again, we will definitely plan to stay here!

We were so impressed with our stay here. An adorable clean well-decorated and very comfortable home. Three adults were beyond comfortable and happy. The look and style of the house inspired us to try to find similar property and decorate the same in Texas!! LOL. The owners are promt and curteous, the location allowed for walking to breakfast lunch and dinner, a short walk to the Thursday Market, and an easy drive everywhere else. You cannot beat this rental.

A great location walking distance from downtown, very clean with nice space for remote working. The patio is gorgeous. We would definitely return here when visiting family in PG.

This is Punta Gorda's little "hidden gem". It is a wonderful home that was immaculate and updated....beautiful back yard, appliances seemed brand new and the king bed was so comfy! But the best part was the communication with the hosts. Christine was very responsive and her and her husband went above and beyond to accomodate me. I highly recommend this great home in a fantastic location of Punta Gorda.

I liked that it is pet friendly, close to the Dog Park, had bikes for us on the property… I loved how the neighborhood and town are very bike friendly! The interior of the home was clean and freshly updated.

This was a great spot, close to walking trails and great for the walking enthusiasts! We would get a great 3-4 mile walk everyday. Fisherman Village was a frequent stop to listen to music, shop or get some ice cream. Loved the back yard to sit and take in the sun. We don’t see it too much in Michigan for the winter. It was a perfect place for my husband and I. 2 ply toilet paper would have been appreciated though. Lol

The house if very nice and well equipped inside and out: great patio and fire pit in large back yard, comfortable beds, very fast internet, and nicely equipped kitchen. The location is very easy to get to get around to local shops and restaurants.

Stayed for 10 days. Great little property within walking distance to many amenities that punta gorda has to offer. Close to bike path and fisherman’s village. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Beautiful property. Everything worked well and was well maintained. Great neighborhood and area close to Fisherman's Village and Laishley Park and Marina which was perfect for 4th of July celebrations and watching fireworks over the harbor. Will definitely come back. Thanks!

This house was perfect for our visit. It is close to everything important in Punta Gorda. The house has new and modern appliances, and there is plenty of room in the house. The house is well supplied with all the essentials. We visit Punta Gorda often and plan to stay here again.

Perfect stay!!!
The house was just as described. My daughter and I had a great time! Christine was great, and very pleasant to work with. Location is perfect!! Walking distance to the Fisherman's Village, Harbour Walk, and downtown. The home was very comfortable. I have stayed in several VRBO's in Punta Gorda are and this is by far one of the best ones that I stayed at! Punta Gorda is a great destination for all ages. I call it my Hidden Little Gem. Tons of great restaurants and boutique stores. to browse. We will definitely come back and recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay at a good price and close to everything around the area.

Excellent stay!
My husband, daughter and I had such a a pleasant stay in this home. Kristine was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The home is in an excellent location. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Home was very clean. There are a numerous amount of great restaurants, parks, bars and lots of activities nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and family oriented. We will definitely be going back. We loved our stay !
