Escape to this charming home in Punta Gorda Isles, just eight minutes from Ponce de Leon Park. With a private screened pool, furnished lanai, and inviting indoor-outdoor living spaces, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The open living area flows into a fully updated kitchen featuring new appliances, a breakfast bar, and easy access to the lanai for indoor or outdoor dining. A spacious dining room with a wet bar provides even more room to gather with family and friends.
The split-bedroom layout offers added privacy, while both bedrooms feature large windows with peaceful backyard views. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and private access to the pool.
For your convenience, the home also offers central air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Located in one of Punta Gorda's most desirable neighborhoods, you'll be close to waterfront parks, Fishermen's Village, downtown shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you're lounging by the pool, grilling on the lanai, or exploring the area, this comfortable retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While weather conditions and natural disasters are beyond our control, we closely monitor conditions and take appropriate precautions when needed to help protect the property and our guests.
Our cancellation and refund policy remains unchanged. If the home remains habitable, refunds will not be issued. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for additional protection and peace of mind when traveling during hurricane season.
If a named storm is forecast for the area, our local team may take necessary property-protection measures, when conditions and circumstances allow. These preparations may include securing outdoor furniture, trash cans, and other items, unplugging televisions, turning off ice makers, and closing electric storm shutters. Any necessary preparations will be handled by our team, so guests can focus on enjoying their stay and staying informed about local weather conditions.
Please note: Manual storm shutters are installed by the homeowners at their digression if available.

Owners obviously take care to have a very clean, comfortable experience. Loved the pool, but sorry I didnt scroll down far enough on 1 VACASA message that said that 3 days prior to arrival, request pool heater be turned on. I had planned on on lot of water walking, but guess this is on me. One recommendation about Master BR bed-It was an uncomfortable mattress and wasnt too steady on its feet, so I slept in other room. Just an FYI, not complaining about this gorgeous setting. Also was spooked by the overly concerned neighbor who had access to the place & entered 1 evening looking for vandals. I had to guess he was a neighbor since he didnt introduce himself. He apologized. I would always want to know that wherever I stay, no one else can get in! But I would come back agian and recommend to others. Very quiet also. Loved Lanai and pool.

We came home to visit family for the week. The home was centrally located to all my brothers as well as convenient to shopping. We escaped the Virginia snow storm to enjoy the lovely pool and privacy.

Couldn't use the garage when we got there .I rent place because heated pool.Nothing was have pay extra for pool heat 32 dollar day plus tax
