I’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs and this was by far the best hosted. Easy check in, great instructions, wonderful amenities, and a beautiful property. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This house is adorable. The host Pattie had everything. Outside deck and patio was cozy and clean.

Pat's place was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, as it's such a short distance to the bars and restaurants. Pat is excellent at communicating, and I highly recommend this place. I do plan to return to Saratoga, and I will absolutely be staying at Pat's place again.
Thanks again, Pat! You rock!

Our stay at Pat's historic home was the best we've ever had with a VRBO property and we've stayed in quite a lot of them over the years. She made us feel like family in her lovely house. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. She even included some welcome hospitality gifts and amenities in the bathroom. We were celebrating our twins' 20th birthdays and she surprised us with mini cakes and a birthday greeting for them. The house also has gorgeous seating and relaxing options outside. It's very close to the restaurants and shops - we often walked. I wish we could have stayed longer.
