Apartment was clean, and as advertised. Good for a small group and an unbeatable location

We were very pleased to have a pet friendly place to stay for our week in Breckenridge! Having the little patio was nice, too, for letting the dog out. My husband loved the ski in/out access. The space is compact and best suited for 2 people. Other than a needed fresh coat of paint and a bigger bed, the condo suited our needs.

The condo was such a delight for easy ski-in/ski-out! You can take lower 4 O'Clock from peak 8 all the way down to the parking lot for the complex. Storage was a nice perk to keep our boards and damp gear out of the living space. This condo has everything you need to have a cozy stay in Breckenridge, but be advised that there really aren't any baking sheets or equipment for making anything in the oven. Other than that, we really appreciated the amenities, laundry, and everything worked well, as described. Marcia was super easy to rent from and we had a fantastic time! I would recommend making easy meals or taking advantage to the short walk into town for breakfast/dinners. Right across from the snowflake lift so this really is one of your best bets for an affordable and effective ski-in/ski-out stay!

Property in a fantastic location. 50 yard walk to chair lift. Unit was clean but the sofa bed needs a new mattress. My kids could no sleep well on the current mattress. Also the sofa bed did not have any sheets we could find. Had to use blankets as sheets. Also no pillow cases for the sofa bed. Parking access was great had no trouble finding parking.
