We loved our stay at the historic Anderson House. There are four living areas including a delightful windowed sunroom which we especially enjoyed. The living areas are quite spacious, the beds comfortable and the hosts welcoming. We were concerned that there would be a lot of road noise but did not notice any. We did not use the outdoor area because it was cool and rainy but thought it was charming. Great location for Exploring Door County.

Anderson house was the perfect place to stay in our visit to Door County. Beautiful old house full of local history and the owners were charming! Would definitely stay again!!

Tons of space for us to spread out, location couldn’t be beat, and the hosts were very sweet and easy to get in touch with. Bring extra paper products (you’re given a limited amount) and bottled water if well water isn’t your thing. My kids loved the sprawling rooms and the atmosphere. Despite our terrible weather we had a great stay.

The owners work there on the property and my daughter went in the shop to look around the owner said we noticed you opened the window that’s what I mean

Anderson House is very spacious and beautiful. The hosts were wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is having extra paper products and toiletries available. We had six people so used a lot of these things. Overall, a beautiful place. Thank you for having us Scott and Denise and friends

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for a Girls Weekend and The Anderson House did not disappoint! It's such a charming home with so much character and in the best location. The owners, Paul and Judy, are an absolute delight. Everything was clean and comfortable and they provided everything we could have needed and more. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you can enjoy a rainstorm in the sunroom. It was amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Stayed for three nights/ everyone enjoyed it! Lots of room to spread out with 3 living rooms. Beds many be full size not queens as described. Walk to coffee, dining and shops.

Our family and friends had a delightful stay at this beautiful house. It’s very spacious and everyone was able to find their own niche to relax, nap or read. The view of the bay and the location of the house were perfect. We were able to walk to many places yet it was quiet and serene. We would definitely stay again.

We couldn't be happier with the place, the owners and location. 2 families enjoyed every minute of our stay. The history surrounding the place was amazing.

Relaxing family vaca - Good location walk to restaurants shops & beach

If you want a convenient location while experiencing a bit of the history of Door County, the Anderson House is for you! The layout and decor of the house is traditional, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs (one with tub/shower, one with a small "pod" shower). Having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Although on the main road in Ephraim, the house is very quiet and charming with its own garden and atrium. Because we were outdoors so much, we spent most of our indoor time in the kitchen and atrium, but there is ample space to play games on a rainy day in the main living room. Walk to shops and sunsets at Anderson Dock, as well as restaurants, including Wilson's for ice cream. Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek and Sister Bay are all short car rides away. The owner was very informative and attentive. Would recommend for groups of adults, adults with teens, and history buffs!

Very neat old house very close to the water and an easy walk to lots of restaurants.

The house is beautiful, and you can’t beat the location!
