This property has a lovely yard with a stunning mountain view with a comfy patio set and hot tub. Our pup stayed home, but any size dog would be comfortable and safe here, as it is fully fenced. The bedroom is large with a closet and full king and the bed is very comfortable. The food prep area is as advertised. A small frig, microwave and Keurig. You will want to try local restaurants: our fave was the Open Door. The hosts, Joey, was exceptional. He responded to our questions in minutes before and after booking and helped resolve a check-in (code) issue that was on the VRBO side so that we had timely access. We would definately stay here again. It is an easy walk to downtown and is even close to a laundramat. Perfect location for our Quilt Show visit!

The location can't get better. It's walkable, only a few blocks to downtown Sister. The check in was smooth and Joey responded quickly to my any txt.The outside area is very nice. We didn't use ho tub or fire pit. It was ust to hot.The cleanliness I guess, is in the eye of the beholder. When you walk in it looks clean, which the main room was. The bedroom was good, but the blinds, window sil, a little fan, which is in the closet and the radiator were not so much clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but i noticed dust on the door and the baseboard looked a little beat up. In the description it said there would be dishes an utensils. There was nothing. It said there is a smart TV an there is, but it didn't say anything to bring your own password to watch TV(streaming) So we couldn't watch anything. If you don't have a password at all for streaming, you are out of luck, what we were. Some people don't do streaming. There should be at least local channels to watch. When we got there the sink in the bathroom, the only sink in the unit, was plugged up, mainly, probably people washing or rinsing dog dishes or other dishes in the sink. We could fix it our self. Be aware, the renters on the top floor are very loud, even till latest night. Other than that, we had a good stay.

A nice little spot for one or two people. Not big, but all you need depending on plans.

I think your property would serve your clients better if you installed a studio style kitchen- small sink, a two burner stove and real dishes, silverware and drinking cups and glasses! A microwave did not accomplish what I needed! Also, your white towels either new a dose of sunshine or clorox
