Nice house with parking,a must o in san diego !

Enjoyed this home and the location. The outdoor space was perfect!

Definitely is not what is advertised when making the booking, the jaquzzi and fire pit are on the front lawn so if you wanted to use it everyone walking by or that lives in the area can see you, the washer was filled full of stagnant water when we got there. There is no cleaning supplies so if you want paper towels or more than just 1 roll of toilet paper it’s not available or if there was a spill or something there is no way to clean it up. Then the major factor was that the sewage was backed up and there was brown sewage water coming up through the bath tub so they had to call a plumber which then came and after hours wasn’t able to fix it and then after leaving and putting the toilet and everything back together in the bath room the toilet proceeded to over flow with black sewage leaving us not able to stay in the house at all or even to clean it up since there was nothing in the house and we were unable to shower the entire time we were there which held us from going to do the activities we had planned. On top of that when we asked for a refund due the health risk of everything and having to pay out of pocket for a hotel to go to since the house wasn’t hospitable for us and our 2 year old child to be staying at the customer service said all they could do was refund a partial refund which was not even a quarter of what was paid to book the house so on top of ruining our vacation and staying in a house with sewage leaking up out of the drains they did not even want to make things right which just blew my mind.

The location of this home is great, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Outside area was relaxing, loved the spa and fire pit. No extra linens or throw blankets, nights were chilly sitting outside, luckily were had family who brought extra blankets. Kitchen had no containers, foil or baggies for storing food. Coffee maker, but no filters, didn't want to have to buy them & coffee so had to go out for coffee. Both bedroom had outlets that weren't easily accessible, couldn't charge anything within reach of the nightstands. Wall heater wasn't easy to use, had to use portable heaters to take the chill off. Having an assigned parking space was great, street parking is almost impossible. Overall, the stay was good.

I was relocated to this home after our first Vacasa rental had issues. This place was spacious and comfortable with ample amenities. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of thick black hair (labrador?) on the floors and sheets. The washer and dryer are outside and had gross stagnant water in them so we couldn't use them. Didn't attempt to use the fire pit or hot tub. Good area. Convenient parking.

Very nice small home and outside area. It was a perfect location for us and very happy with this choice. It does get a bit warm but they provide alot of fans to help. Overall a great experience.

Exactly as listed. Great for a weekend stay with friends.

Good location, smaller than pictures show. Could not use hot ton, no chlorine. Also we were 4 guest not two couples, so not enough bedding for 4th person. Not great kitchen cook wear.

Property is amazing. Good sized house close to almost all main attractions in SD. Outside at nighttime is amazing. Firepit/hot tub are amazing features. House gets pretty warm during the day, but they have a window AC unit that works well once the sun goes down. Flys in the outside areas are a bit annoying but they have fly traps everywhere to try and help, can’t do much about them. But overall, I would stay here again. It was amazing.

Vacassa was extremely poor with service as usual. I don’t understand why property owners use them as they do nothing. When we arrived the only bathroom was locked from the inside. It’s was 6pm so Vacassa wasn’t available. We finally took the door knob off ourselves. Vacassa called back 2 days later to try to resolve it. Property was nice. Having a yard and spa was great. Only thing is there is no AC and it gets very hot inside house

Enjoyed our stay. Was perfect for what we needed. Traveling with a dog & the house was perfect! Loved having the big fenced in yard. Cozy, house with everything you need, just a few minutes from the beach & tons of restaurants.

Place was easy to access, everything was straight forward with directions, very clean, well stocked and was overall a wonderful experience.
