Great location for central access to Roger's and Fayetteville. We enjoyed this property and its proximity to great restaurants and the AMP Concert Venue. We switched between Fayetteville and Roger's and enjoyed several local hotspots. Be sure and visit Sassafras Vineyard if in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with parents and grown child while in town for a memorial. We where close to relatives in the neighborhood over and had all that we needed.

The house was great for my wife and I. Good location and everything about the property was great. Fast communication with the owner.

Neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Property was close to everything but just far enough out and in a quiet neighborhood. This place was EXTREMELY clean and we are super picky! The beds are SUPER COMFY!!! Loved that it had a garage to park in. Please note that some furnishings have changed so it doesn't look exactly as pictured. The living room rug is different and the chairs at the dining table are not the same. Overall, still a very lovely home. The only complaint would be that the grill needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. We started it up to grill steaks and it nearly caught on fire with a huge flame! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and book this place again! A+
