All I can say is, best vacation ever. All from the house to location to activities. the best .

This property is in a great location about 20 minutes to the beach. We loved the quiet culdesac where the little ones were able to ride bikes. The tiki hutt was lovely for morning and evening relaxation. We spent alot of time in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels at the property. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the bikes. The kayaks were a nice add as well for getting out in the quiet canal. We didnt have any issues requiring the property manager, but all communications were pleasant and helpful. We fished from the dock but didnt have any luck despite tons of fish in the canal. We just didnt have the right bait or technique. The house was perfect for us - 3 couples, a single adult and two young boys. We even had unused beds. The game room was nice when we needed a break from the sun or in bad weather. The family enjoyed movies on the big screen together in the evenings. The weather was perfect mid May. My only suggestion: pool floats did not hold air and could use replacing. We would definitely stay again!!

Loved the home layout, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kids had their own handout spot upstairs. Kitchen had spices, oils etc. which is so convenient. Really enjoyed the pool and patio area throughout our stay.

This home is the perfect place for your entire family. Lots of room for everyone. The garage was full of pool toys and bikes, plus kayaks by the canal. Ride in our boat was a little long to the gulf but was relaxing.

The house is great for families with kids. The pool was wonderful and location good. The only thing that we needed was a TV upstairs that had cable.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was in a perfect location. Easy to get to places. Nice spacious house with lots of bedrooms and a big kitchen. Lots of bikes to choose from. Our first experience with VRBO was great. New owners to this property. We did have trouble getting the wifi to work. The caretaker was available to help us with any questions we had. Some things that could have been better. Some of the pool toys had holes and the lawn chairs were broken. None of the lids fit on the bowls for storing leftover food. In the evening we liked to watch movies as a family. I would have liked to have seen a bigger TV. Overall. Great place.

This rental property was everything our family needed. There was plenty of personal space for our family of 9. The second level was ideal for our teenagers allowing the adults there own privacy. The location was perfect and everything was readily available. All activity equipment was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs, the linens all available. The house was very clean upon entering. Minor critiques for my elderly parents and would appreciate: a pool railing. We had a great time and would absolutely book again! Loved this property!

This property provided adequate space and entertainment. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, ping pong and pool table. The kids loved being able to separate from the adults. The property could use some updating for sure. The traffic in the area made for some extra long day trips. Overall, it was a great vacation.

Our group of friends consisted of four retired couples looking for a peaceful setting with plenty of space to relax. This home provided everything we were looking for! We especially enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the tiki deck overlooking the beautiful canal.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The communication prior to and during our stay, the condition and cleanliness of the home as well as added amenities! Will consider coming back for sure!

We enjoyed the opportunities for spreading out in this "Old Florida" house in the evenings. People could play pool and hang out upstairs while other people watched sports on TV in the living room and still other could be in the kitchen playing board games. The kitchen appliances were all in good working condition. There were plenty plates, but we quickly ran out of silverware and storage containers. The outdoor area was great with a saltwater pool and hot tub, plus a patio and deck on the canal. We enjoyed the house and amenities so much that we ended up opting to spend time there rather than trekking to a beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet and the landscaping very tropical. When we did go to the beach, we appreciated the beach chairs (some need updating), beach umbrella, cooler, sand toys, buckets and beach towels. The location on the canal was nice, but it did take a long time to get anywhere outside of Cape Coral due to the traffic. The house could use some updating such as labeling the crazy number of light switches, changing some of the decorations, updating furniture and flooring, making sure all lightbulbs work, upgrading the TV's, adding more pool lighting and updating the house binder and house information on the refrigerator so that it reflects the new property owner. Livia, the property manager was responsive and communicated with us regarding some scheduled maintenance issues that were being addressed.

The channel ride to the ocean was long but several nice houses along the way. Pool area was nice .Room for all of us

The host was amazing to communicate with. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool and spa was amazing. The view from the pavilion was simply beautiful. You could see and hear the fish jump. Shopping and islands aren’t too far away! My family loved this vacation. You won’t be sorry renting this property! Nov 4-14, 2021

We had a group of 11 and the property had plenty of room for all of us. Very relaxing out back on the deck. Property was very clean, We had one small problem and contacted the property manager and it was taken care of right away. We recommend this property if you are trying to get away and relax.
