The home was as expected! Neighborhood very safe and friendly. The pool was fantastic! The beds very comfortable. We are coming back. Wendy is a wonderful host👍

Recently stayed 7 weeks. Not good: The walls and widows are very thin and you can hear everything outside.Especially the two dogs behind the house that bark constantly.The curtains do not block out any of the light coming in.Up at 7am because of light and dogs barking.Everyone in the neighborhood brings their dog to the park door and again, you can hear everything.The fenced in backyard has two corners that a dog can sneak out of so be mindful of that.The fence is also only about 3-4 feet tall.The pipes are old so there is rust in the pipes.Dont use the ice cube trays, buy ice cubes at the store.The washing machine is unusable.As long time renters, one of the first things we look for is washing machine/dryer.If we would have known the washing machine was not usable, we would have never booked this house.Looking back, this issue was listed on previous reviews going all the way back to April of 2022.I give a little credit to Wendy because on day 1, when the room flooded, she bought a new washing machine.The problem is the pipes running under the house have issues.She did then give us a $25 a week laundry refund to use for a laundry service.The dryer works but you have to run it twice to dry clothes.Ive even checked all the areas for clogs/lint and it still had issues drying clothes in one cycle. The beds are ok.I would recommend bringing your own pillows and maybe a foam lay down.No cable, and her streaming is tied to Roku.Its terrible honestly.The tvs are small and Roku just isnt great.You cant log out of their streaming sites either and use your own.Be ready for the town public works people to come mowing the lawn at the park directly behind the house and cutting down trees at 7am.I confronted them in my underwear to no avail.Lastly, the listing on vrbo is a little misleading.It states it sleeps 6 with a pull out couch.There is no pull put couch so it only sleeps 4.It also lists a grill.I went hunting for it on day 1 because I grill a lot.All i found was a sign in the laundry room asking for the grill to be put back in that spot.I contacted Wendy who told me it broke and was never replaced (which kind of was a common theme of our stay).The good:The house is ok.Some decent upgrades in kitchen.Pool is great when it was warm out.The concrete is a little uneven in the yard so watch your toes.Appliances were good.plenty of utensils/pot and pans/cups/plates.Everything is within a mile, beaches 10-15 minutes.I felt safe in the area for the most part.

We had a very nice visit, the house was in good condition and all appliances worked well. It was a little too cold for swimming in the pool, but a very nice pool it is. This is a great location close to everything shopping, the beaches, the ballfield. I found communicating with the management was a little complicated at times the number listed in the house to call always took too long to get a response back. I did later find out that it was best to do communication through the VRBO app. Other than that the visit was very nice.

We were there visiting, immediate family over the Christmas weekend. The location was five minutes away from their house and was in a great neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful on low traffic street. 2 minutes away from Publix and Walmart along with multiple restaurants. Thank You Wendy!

We had a great vacation at the bungalow. The pool was an added bonus for everyone. The property was clean and centrally located for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again!

House well decorated, TV big disappointment - almost all channels hours behind, dirty windows, no screens, water and ice dispenser not working, Washer didn’t work, no grill, hard plastic covers on mattresses, missing light bulbs.

The beds were spacious and comfy. The pool was perfect on a hot day and towels are provided. The air conditioner worked well which kept us cool at night and the fans kept the air circulated. The indoor decor was welcoming. It was nice to have a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher.
