Poter contare su un parcheggio è una grande comodità se vuoi esplorare la zona ai tuoi ritmi. Potrai metterti al volante quando vuoi: in 4 minuti arriverai nei dintorni di Sugar Beach, mentre in 2 minuti sarai vicino a Little Princess Estate.

Tra i tanti confort di questa sistemazione, ricordiamo un'area barbecue e l'aria condizionata. Potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile. Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. This property has everything needed to have a wonderful stay in STX. Nicely located and within driving distance to downtown and some of the nicest beaches in STX, the beaches on the west end. One stay here and you will be back, guaranteed.

We could not have been more satisfied with our stay at this Condo! Beautiful location (pool right out front, beach right behind it, easy to drive to, safe), VERY friendly owners and guests, helpful on- site manager, FANTASTIC service and responses from both the property manager and owner, and great price. We loved having the kitchen which gave us the option to go out or eat in. When we come back to St Croix, this is where we'll stay!We had one minor issue with the grill on the deck (in this humid salty atmosphere, metal takes a beating). The property manager responded immediately and fixed it. Also, when we had a question or two about initial orientation issues, the property manager and owner responded immediately with the answers. Again, we could not have been happier with everything about this fabulous Condo, our home away from home!

We were there on business. For two women driving to get to the property was not very easy to find even with gps. We would not go out after dark having to drive through the neighborhood to get back to the property. Otherwise a nice view from our room.
