The location is very convenient and close to the station. There were many amenities like coffee, tea, bath powders etc. and a lounge. The room was small but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The shower curtain smelled very badly. The gray decorative blanket on the bed had a stain on it.

Location excellent, just 6 min walk from Akihabara station. Small room, but standard for Tokyo. Good amenities on floor 5.
The bathroom door with a gap between it and the floor meant zero soundproofing in the bathroom.
The elevator stopping at level 5 regardless of whether going up or down is really annoying. Supposedly for security, but there's no consistency of whether someone is actually watching the elevator, and I don't know how they would be able to identify someone who isnt a guest.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. While I didn’t use it they have just about everything you need provided from razors and toothbrushes. This hotel was a last minute booking and I considered it ‘budget’ but honestly if I return to Japan I would most likely save myself a bunch of money and just stay here instead of the more expensive hotels.
There isn’t anything negative to say, the property meets and exceeds what was expected for the price point.

Great location, and despite being central there was no noise. Big rooms, nice staff, good station nearby. There was a bathtub.
The cleaning wasn't daily, and since there aren't a lot of trash cans we could found we ended up with a lot of trash quickly. We didn't take breakfast.
