This house is set up as a B & B, not a family rental.
Individual rooms with en suite; but no family bath.
The only cooking utensils were from a grill set.
Two small sauce pans, nothing to prepare or serve a family meal or even s salad.
On the second and sixth mornings, there was no water.
We were told to carry buckets up to the rooms to flush.
We left a day early with no acknowledgment nor refund from the "host".
We have rented homes all over the world-at least 20 of them through VRBO. We have been to Ireland many times; my wife and her Mom are Irish. We were a family group of 10 adults. I can say with some authority that this was substandard.

Place exactly matches the pictures. Short 10 min walk to the center of town. A rare find with 6 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. Do not hesitate to book.

We had a family heritage trail trip! Killarney was absolutely amazing ! The people are great, the city is great, their football was great, food was great! We could walk to the city center within 10-15 min. The walk was safe and easy! The view was amazing from the home. The taxi service we used was so accommodating and a wealth of information! Live, laugh, love and enjoy the food and beverages!

We were two families with kids, and the whole property is a guesthouse, so bathrooms for all, and no shortage of amenities. The kitchen is not super stocked with cooking tools, but generally it was a perfect place for a large group. A heads up that the location is farther from town that it looks on a map, since it's a cul de sac with no footpath connecting it to the main drag, but it's a short enough walk that adults would not complain...kids complain about everything, so they don't count :-). Would highly recommend!

The house is exactly as pictured. It is Immaculate, comfortable and has stunning views, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town. The beds were very comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen has what you need, everything was on point. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again. I would recommend to anyone looking in Killarney.
Paddy checked up on us from time to time to make sure everything was in order. He is a travel guide and gave us a recommendation and helped plan our day through the Gap of Dunloe. It was honestly the best thing we did all week and we wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t for him.
We had the best time staying here. I highly recommend!!
