The apartment is close to bus stops (a bus can take to Exeter Airport in 25 minutes; other buses migth take you to nearby towns that you might want to visit like Powderham or Buckfastleigh). You can also get to the city centre in 20-25 minutes on foot. There are two supermarkets nearby. The apartment is spacious, bright, quiet and comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped.
The external metal staircase (not shown in any photos, only mentioned in the description) is unsafe for toddlers (and a toddler is actually able to open the doors from the corridor to the staircase, because the handle is super low and requires little force).

Spacious, clean comfortable, lots of tea and coffee, quiet, washing machine dryer which came in handy.
Short walk to hospital, which is where I needed to be. Free parking

It was an amazing flat, with everything included. Furniture is new, modern. Kitchen is integrated, so it's easy to cook some meals. The view was great, the flat was fresh, well ventilated.
I think everyone was just perfect.

Very comfortable bed.
Heating didn’t work - apartment was cold. Owner tried her best to resolve but in the end not possible and whilst we tried to make the best of it this was distant did spoil our stay somewhat.
Also, we invited a family member over for dinner but there were only 2 chairs for the small table so we were unable to eat together.
