Liked the location very close to beach. It was furnished well with what we needed and very clean for the most part. There was constant contact with property managers and they were available for anything.

I wish they would upgrade the bathrooms. They really need it. The guest bedroom could use some re-purposing with some decor and replace twin beds with a queen. Had to call back for extra housekeeping as the bathrooms were not cleaned well. (And it was handled immediately) We had trouble finding things to watch on TV because all the channels except one were locked. If that issue is fixed, a TV in the guest room would also be nice.

Great location. Very quiet. Very clean.

I know vacations aren't for watching TV but that's what my husband does. My son who lives in Folly hooked him up with a Roku.

It was hard to get in at first.

The view was nice and having two balconies was nice. Beds were comfortable.

The condo needs repairs. Both bathtubs are old and damaged. The main bathtub has a crack and an attempt to patch it has failed. Water from the bathtub leaked to the floor below. The water was very close to the ceiling fan. It is evident from the shape of the ceiling the leak has been ongoing for some time. The leak was reported immediately. The molding on the top step is not attached. This is a trip hazard. Two bugs had been smashed on the walls and the remains are still there. There were no extra trash bags available. This condo could be very nice with a few repairs from someone who knows what they are doing. Had to call the manager to request a later checkout time since 3 people were using one bathtub. I specifically rented a condo with two bathrooms.
