Lusso 5 camere da letto 4. 5 bagni casa per le vacanze con accesso diretto all'oceano. Questa casa offre una pianta invertita con tutti i nuovi arredi. Il primo piano offre una suite matrimoniale, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali e 1 camera da letto matrimoniale / doppia. Il primo piano ha anche una lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice e secondo frigorifero. Il secondo piano ha una grande area soggiorno con cucina / sala da pranzo aperta. Il secondo piano ha anche una suite matrimoniale, una camera in Florida fuori dalla cucina e un soppalco con vedove al piano superiore. Entrambi i piani offrono verande avvolgenti con splendide viste sull'oceano. Questa casa si trova a 3 isolati dal centro di Folly Beach, dal molo di Folly Beach ea 15-20 minuti in auto dal centro di Charleston. This large spacious home was perfect for our family reunion! The elevator helped make the living spaces on the second and third floors easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the commons area was full of light. We loved the wraparound porches with plenty of seating, and there was ample parking with two different parking areas. Kate was responsive to all of my questions, and the only times she wasn’t was because of a breakdown in the Vrbo system. It is good to be aware that the shared bathroom on the second level is very small, so might work best for children.

Location Location Location This house is great. With the beach access right across the street and a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Folly you literally could park your car and not get in it until it was time to go home. Speaking of parking there is plenty of it. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some fantastic dinners and a table big enough to seat all 10 of us which was great. You can see and hear the ocean from the top floor decks and sit on the second floor porches and hear and enjoy the ocean breezes. Kate was a great host.We feel so fortunate to have found this house and are already planning on booking it for next year!

Loved the location and the house! The house is right across from the beach access and convenient to walk a few blocks to the restaurants and shops. The layout provided plenty of room for our group, and the elevator was great for my handicapped mother who uses a walker. Lots of parking was a plus for our group. The house does need some upkeep/ re-investment: some porch furniture is falling apart, upstairs master mattress has sag towards the middle, kitchen drawers and cabinets dirty inside, etc. Overall though, it was a great house for our long weekend with family for C of C graduation!
