Lovely and very comfy apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Well furnished and supplied. Staff were quite responsive to queries.
Very little. A few minor issues were attended to in a timely manner

The upstairs shower was exceptional (although the little step down into the hallway could be tricky. The kitchen facility was amazing although we could have used more than one dish towel. The downstairs bedrooms were spacious.
The upstairs bedroom with twin beds was way too small. The door couldn't open without hitting one of the beds. The wardrobe was huge and took up valuable space. It was claustrophobic so I slept in the living room on the sleep sofa. For locating the key upon arrival, I would suggest writing in large letters in red underneath the code, "Enlarge photos for key entry instructions". On a phone, it was very small, and needed an alert to draw attention to it.

Gemütliche Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Unten auch Fenster mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Sonnenlicht in allem Räumen. Grosse Küche.
In 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Princess Street. Feine Restaurants in der Nähe.
Blumenstrauß und Früchteschale als Willkommensgruß.
