Location was perfect Apartments was well designed

Air conditioning was not great, had a tradesman after first day, but overall apartment was hot in some places and too cool in others even though nothing was touched on controls. Bedroom area averaged 25 deg even though it was set at 22-23. Not overly happy given the price of the apartment. But everyone was helpful.

The Aria building is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops and beach. The apartment is very generously sized with a massive bath tub in the very large ensuite! Pool was lovely temperature and lifts are very fast. TVs in all bedrooms was a massive plus when travelling with children. Apartment also had a high chair, portacot and small steps in the bathrooms for children, very helpful!

We are aware that when we come at this time of year for a festival that prices are premium but we always stay longer than the festival and when spending over $4000 I would normally hope you would have basic tea and coffee starters even some biscuits? There was one small popper size of milk and 3 sugar sachets and a handful of coffee sachets but no tea bags. No plug in the sink for handwashing and only 2 dishwasher tablets for an 8 night stay. We do like to tidy up after ourselves but vacuum was not properly functioning and had to ask for a new clothes horse as the one provided was broken. The lady managing the property was very lovely and provided a new one within a day. Bed in second bedroom not very comfortable. Master was great.

Great location and size!

Very under stocked; - no spray n wipe - no garbage bags - a few small coffee sachets Some decent pillows and linen would make this a much more comfortable stay.
