Great location. So close and easy to use the tram to get around. The customer service was fantastic, they responded to us quickly any time we contacted them. Pool and gym facilities were great.
The tiled floor of the apartment had some type of residue on it, possibly from mopping prior to our arrival, that got all over our feet & socks so we did wear slippers inside most of the time

Location was awesome, so close to all the amenities that broadbeach has to offer. Walk to the beach, mall, Pacific Fair, Casino. The pool and spa were also great and it was very clean. The size of the apartment was excellent for all of us.
Had an issue with the aircon but the team were quick to send someone out to fix it. Because it was an older unit it did stay quite warm in the back bedrooms. We had fans that helped though.
