Beach and pool: both were high quality. I loved the Gulf view from my hotel room and how close it was to the pet beach. I went there with my dog every single day! Quality of the room was top notch - all great. No complains.
People reserving chairs with towels. Typically all the chairs were "booked" by someone, and sometimes nobody showed up to use them for a couple of hours. The hotel didn't really enforce any rules on this.
Breakfast is OK by US hotel standards, but with a few improvements it could be much better. It's mostly carbs. I wish there were more protein options and some veggies. From protein perspective there are two egg options (scrambled and boiled), plus either ham or sausage, and no cheese. Adding veggies + one more protein instead of unhealthy carbs would make a lot of difference.

The breakfast was great, the beach was awesome and location is wonderful. Best part everyone made you feel like you are great
The room service wasn’t great there four day and no one ever came and cleaned or made the beds, or exchange towels. Was a little disappointed in that.

The beach is great and the water is clean
The staff especially the person we checked in with wasn’t helpful; it is a 5 star hotel but doesn’t seem like it … we had to pay for chair and umbrella at the beach whereas it’s normally included for five star hotels… it was more expensive than the service we received… I would rate this as a 4 or 3 star hotel and not a 5 star…
