The size, design and layout of this property is amazing. It was a perfect fit for our need.
I am just as amazed the upkeep and general cleanliness of the project did not match the level deserving of such an amazing cabin.
This cabin deserves much better.

Upon arrival cabin was beautiful and big like advertised. Dishes were a bit dirty we had to clean some before we used them. Some of the bedrooms had food in the beds under the sheets. Washer worked fine dryer did not work fine it would not dry and we had to wash towels upon departure. Theater room was amazing. Pool was nice but water was cold. We are from the south and pool was still to cold to swim in for us. Contacted manager but unsure if anything was done about it we did not get updated. Hot tub was small but was nice. Overall we would definitely go back. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are a short driver away. Highly recommend for family gatherings with kids and big families.

We used every bit of this house and had a great vacation with plenty of space for 19 adults. The location is close to all surrounding activities but still a quiet and peaceful retreat. That being said, we had some issues with the upstairs AC that wasn’t fully resolved until Thursday. There were wasps and yellow jackets around the hot tub resulting in at least one of us getting stung. Carl responded quickly to our concerns and Bob did his best to fix those issues. We continued to have bee and bug problems and I’m sure the managing team would have continued to respond but at some point you just want to get on with your vacation and not spend your time trying to communicate concerns. We agree with earlier posts regarding cleanliness. It just needs a thorough deep clean: windows, floors, kitchen cabinets etc. Little things like broken pool table pockets, stains on the pool walls and flickering lights in the dining room are all minor. Bottom line: The house needs some love but we truly enjoyed it.

The Cabin was beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We found it very clean and check-in was seamless. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We enjoyed the stay at the cabin! We had 30 women in town for a ladies conference and it was nice having a bathroom per room to get ready. Endless hot water for all those showering in the morning. The only downside, the cleaning crew did not leave enough sheets and blankets for the futons which we were counting on for everyone to have a place to sleep. We are still booking this cabin for future dates, but we are bringing our own blankets next time :)

Over all the 4 days weee amazing. Because we were with our family and thata what matters. Kids had a blast everyday. Other than the dirtyness. We loved it.

We all had a great time. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our families. Everyone loved the cabin and we only had one minor issue with a toilet was quickly solved. Thank you very much!

The cabin was nice but several items were broken/damaged and there was trash throughout. It was obviously not cleaned between reservations. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

This cabin had plenty of space for our 34 women to gather. Easy to get to and convenient to all the activities in Pigeon Forge, TN. Beautiful inside and out. Owner was very attentive.

This property was great for a large family or group. However it is lacking in maintenance and cleaning. We had a broken toilet that never got fixed and was left unattached to the floor, another toilet was very loose, two bathroom plugs that didn't work and were never addressed while we were there, the property manager said he would send someone out to do a better cleaning job, but they never showed up. The kitchen cabinets, floor and refrigerator were very dirty, we found moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot and the waffle maker was moldy. The entire place needs a good cleaning and dusting, the dust was so thick on some of the ceiling fans we were afraid to turn then on, the top of the kitchen cabinets had about a half and inch of dust collected on them. The pool area has broken decor that is half hanging and rusted out it was also very over chlorinated and is only 3' all the way around (just an FYI). The outside needs some TLC and the grounds picked up. Overall our family had a great time here and it was a good location, not close to town so quiet, yet not to far so convenient.

Beautiful cabin! Huge, lots of room to spread out! Big bedrooms, lots of space in the kitchen. Loved the extra stove, dishwasher, and fridges. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning. A lot of the dishes were dirty when we went to use them. But overall it was great! Location is awesome

House was perfect for our needs! Loved that everyone could enjoy meals together! The coffee/hot chocolate bar was a big hit as were the heated pool, theater room and game area!

We loved the cabin! Our large group had plenty of room to hang out. The pool and the movie theater were our favorites! We could not get the movie theater to work but once we called, they sent someone over to fix it and we had a great time!

The cabin was as advertised. Very nice and comfortable. The kitchen and dining were well laid out for our group. The pool really won the ladies over.

This house was perfect for our ladies retreat. The dining and kitchen area was great. The living room area was large enough that we could all (we had 24 ladies) sit in the room together. The beds were very comfortable.

Booked this cabin for a large birthday party for adults! The owner was nothing shy of amazing, answering all of my questions promptly... cabin was clean overall... media room a huge hit... no issues with plumbing or elecric..electric... im give this a 5 star rating! Will book again in the future!

We had 30 people in the house and everyone loved the house. Clean, comfortable, a lot of fun with the movie room and pool. Owners were fantastic to work with !!! A +++++++ place to stay

Our entire softball family stayed together in this listing and it was everything we wanted it to be. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing
This cabin is amazing. It's super big and roomy. Only thing I will say is that it needs to have more than one hot tub. Everything else was awesome. Will definitely be booking again.

The pictures do NOT do this cabin justice. The place was beautiful. And huge! There was so much room and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. Everyone also said their beds were comfortable. The only problem was there were 2 arcade game that wouldn’t work.
