The realtor was awesome and made the booking process very easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The assigned parking space is narrow but not a problem if you take it slow and exercise care.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time in a great rental . Good location , well stocked home , well maintained. We spend several months in Key West and always stay in Truman Annex and find rentals such as this far more welcoming , spacious , and affordable than the hotel alternative . I would give the people at Compass a call and discuss with them your needs . They’re the best . Tom & Dolly .

After many trips to Key West we finally stayed in the Truman Annex & LOVED the location being an easy walk to everything yet quiet and serene atmosphere. The unit was very nicely appointed and rarely heard the neighbors although the public parking lot had some noise a couple of evenings but that is to be expected. We were disappointed that the floors felt “gritty” & were dirty but once we vacuumed it was better and maintenance was quick to replace the missing/burned-out light bulbs on the porches. The toilet seat/lid in the powder room appears to have been replaced with a cheap option that often slams shut when raised. (I recommend replacing it with a soft-closing seat/lid like the other two bathrooms.)We will definitely stay in the Truman Annex during future trips.
