Loved this spot, property is dog friendly and centrally located. Perfect for my husband and dog.

We had 3 people for just a 2 night stay and found this the perfect location. The sleeping area is just the converted living space, so it has the feel of a big sleepover party. Would have been too cramped for more people or if we were spending more time just hanging out at the house, but for us it was perfect.
We loved being walking distance to the village shops in Capitola. There is a lovely river walk path that goes down to the village and the beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants, arcade, and shopping, plus walking along the beach. This spot is also easy driving distance into Santa Cruz and other neighborhoods.
The lack of a dedicated parking spot was occasionally inconvenient, but wouldn't deter us from booking again.
Overall this is a great location for a small group who plans to be out and about most of the day.

Very happy with everything. I would consider doing it again in the near future. There were some small items that need attention but nothing that would make me not want to return again. It might bother some but not me. Door to bathroom stick a little; kitchen faucet did not swing but had hose so no problem. Easy fix. Worth the money.

Except for no local channels on TV (ABC, CBS, NBC) and very low water pressure in shower everything was great!

It was within walking distance to everything, it was comfortable and spacious and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer!!!

Conveniently located near the river and close to the village and beach. Flexible arrangement of sleeping options. Dog friendly. Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed, except for a second working fan to cool the inside in the afternoon. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location. Great time! Would book it again!

We had a great time here overall. We stayed for four nights and the car in the “shared” parking spot never moved an inch, but we eventually found unrestricted parking a couple of blocks away on Gilroy Drive. It would have been nice if the host had pointed this out instead of suggesting we try the municipal parking lots which have many restrictions. Also would have been great to have clothes hangers in the closet. But overall the place was nice, would book it again for sure!

Charming bungalow in a perfect location
Great location where you can walk to everything. Very charming property, just the right size for a couple and dog. Fair pet policy that made it easy to bring our dog along for a last minute weekend getaway. Parking lot across the street has plenty of spots but no overnight parking so we kept our eyes peeled for a street spot, once we got one we didn’t touch the car for the rest of the weekend. It’s an older property so minor things like sticky doors/windows and an old fashioned oven might not be everyone’s cup of tea but I thought it added to the charm!
