Really nicely decorated and clean.

Unit was dated but nice.....Floors were filthy....walk around barefoot and in no time your feet were black. Other than that it was as expected. Would stay again if floors were cleaned.

Location is perfect directly across from John’s Pass and on the beach. Condo is spacious and clean. I liked the nautical decor. Kitchen was stocked with all necessities for cooking. We didn’t like the layout of the bathrooms. The full and half baths were connected by a pocket door. Not ideal for privacy. This is the second time staying at Madeira Norte. We did miss having a view of the ocean. For that reason we probably would choose a different condo for our next visit. Overall, a great vacation spot!

When we arrived there, we had no clear direction as to where to check in. After stopping at two different offices both of which made us feel inadequate of finding the right location. We finally found our office and was sped thru check in and only to discover around 7:30pm we were not issued key fobs!!! We finally got ahold of the manager on call and we were gratefull for her bringing them to us however we lost 1.5 hours of beach time on our first night. We got settled and started to enjoy our vactation. the third day i beleive we had a package sitting outside our door that wwas not ours!! but a nasty note was left on our door indicating that we are not allowed to have deliveries and we are to keep the sand on the beach and not on the hand rails!!!!!!! WTF we are on the ocean. we did not have an exceding amout of sand anywhere, we rinsed off before coming up to the room. my mother worried all night thinking it was her fault and we were in trouble. sad way to spend one of the 3 nights she got to enjoy a vacation. we did recieve an appology for the note but damage could have been avoinded if said person knocked and asked us if package was ours and address the sand face to face. overall nice condo but the service will stop us from using this VRBO again.
